With decades of experience spanning military service with intelligence and security responsibilities, law enforcement and federal investigative roles, and senior global leadership in corporate safety, risk management, and organizational culture, Thomas brings a rare combination of operational expertise and strategic vision to faith communities.
A committed Christian with a deep passion for protecting what matters most, Thomas is dedicated to helping congregations and schools build resilient, vigilant environments. He is especially passionate about addressing a root cause of long-term societal challenges: children struggling with reading and learning differences. Drawing from his early work in developmental psychology, he has seen how unaddressed learning barriers too often lead to cycles of academic failure, frustration, and — far too frequently — involvement with the justice system. While schools work to improve, many children still fall through the cracks, particularly those from families who cannot afford private evaluations costing thousands of dollars.
Today, Thomas continues conducting learning assessments and envisions Thomas Craig Group supporting expanded access to these critical services through donations and partnerships, ensuring no child is left behind due to financial limitations.
As a keynote speaker, Thomas shares practical insights on resilience, leadership, and community protection. Through the Faith Watch program, he helps develop networks of awareness and mutual support that combine faith, intelligence, and proven security strategies.
Thomas holds advanced degrees in criminology and business and is pursuing doctoral studies in Organizational psychology & Theology. He founded Thomas Craig Group to answer a higher calling: providing faith-informed, intelligence-led protection that allows sacred spaces and educational communities to focus on their mission with confidence and peace of mind.
